Hello my loves, I hope you all had a very Merry Christmas. I originally had hoped to share the beautiful Brenda from Queen of Heartz before Christmas, because hello this dress just screams Happy Holidays in its gorgeous red…But we all know Christmas time means you never meet deadlines. However that doesn’t mean you have to wait til next Christmas to scoop up this beauty. I happen to think ringing the New Year in a ravishing red is an excellent idea…also Valentines is right around the corner, just sayin. Twirl test: A++ I mean would you just look at that skirt!

Dress: Queen of Heartz I have long since been a fan of the Brenda, I lusted, I coveted, I pined after it, and now it is in my possession. Sometimes after wanting something for so long and finally getting it you feel a little let down, you built it up too high in your mind. But I can honestly say I’m more in love now than I ever was before. The Brenda is actual dress perfection, the skirt is HUGE and swings like a dream, the wide waist band is mind blowingly flattering, and the scalloped edged neckline is so similar to the masterpiece of a gown Rosemary Clooney wears while singing Love Didn’t Do Right By Me in White Christmas I could cry. Letty Tennant is a dress making goddess and every pinup should own at least one of her pieces…Because after the first you’ll be hooked 😉

Fashion Friday Holiday Dresses Wishlist

Queen of Heartz  Now you guys know how much I love Letty, her designs are historically accurate and artfully crafted, and her new fall/winter collection takes those qualities to another level. Can you just feast your eyes on this glam perfection? I have a feeling these bad boys will be so well loved you’ll skip the buying a second dress for new years and just wear one of these beauties again! Pinup Girl Clothing Laura Byrnes has done is again. Is this not the single most glamorous gown you’ve ever beheld? I know most people don’t really have the right occasions to wear something like this, but sometimes people really go over the top with their holiday shindigs and well for a dress like this you learn to make fancy occasions happen ya?
