Today’s post will be of the outfit I wore on Monday when I went to see The Great Gatsby. I adore the fashion from the 20’s so I figured I best take advantage of the outing to try my hand at a flapper inspired look. I didn’t want it to look like a costume but I did want it to be obvious what I was going for. I quite like the way the look turned out and hope you all do too.
and to those who may wonder its just a ring, I am not engaged haha.
Head band: It’s just a lace ribbon from a fabric store.
Earrings: Charlotte Russe.
Necklace: Forever 21.
Blouse: Cotton On.
Skirt: H&M it was only $5!
Heels: Payless…I ended up wearing flats though.
Hope you all enjoyed this post Happy Friday. Have a wonderful weekend.

Adorable. And I bet you did the Charleston just for me 🙂 If I had to pick a favorite picture (they are all beautiful), it would be the 3rd one down. ❤
Yes I did the Charleston just for you 😉 That’s one of my favorites too, I’m glad you liked the post.
So cute! I love your nails!
Awe thank you, normally I end up making a mess of my nails haha so I was quite pleased with how they turned out.
20’s is my favourite era and I really looking forward to seeing the Gatsby – you look great- especially like your hair.
Well if 20’s is your favorite era you will adore Gatsby! The fashion is so perfect ugh I die 😉 Thank you, I may have to wear my hair this way more often.
