Hey guys I’m back! Sorry I’ve been slightly lapsed in my postings, I had some last minute travel on top of moving house so things have been a little hectic. But it would appear as though things are starting to calm down so I can get back to one of my favorite things…talking to you all of course, I really did miss my blogging.
This week’s fashion Friday is featuring the fantastic etsy shop Norakaren. Where do I even begin with Norakaren? Well first off Nora sells shoes, and what woman doesn’t already have an affinity for shoes? But Nora takes it a step further by dyeing, painting, and adding crytsals to what are already lovely shoes and by doing so transforms them into something more akin to art you can walk in.
I have to say I’ve always been a sucker for a pair of unique heels, they are that dash of whimsy and color that can turn even the simplest of outfits into a fashion statement. I decided to wear something I would consider office appropriate just to show you what I mean. Give a girl the right shoes and she can do anything…including change stuffy officewear into something fun and flirty.

Shoes: Norakaren I cannot even begin to describe how fun these shoes are, from the crystals on the heels to the blue soles and whimsical cow print you just know you could never find anything like them in a run of the mill shop. Artist like Nora are precisely why I love etsy so much, you’re buying a one of a kind piece that someone has poured their love and talent into. Whether you’re walking down the aisle and want a statement piece or you’re walking around the supermarket and want shoes so pretty Cinderella would trade in prince charming just to own a pair like yours Norakaren is the place to fulfill your wishes.
